During this session, Dorine & Marine will provide you with some clues about change specificities and common mistakes we make when we are faced with CHANGE.

This interactive session, based on real-life cases of change management, will provide you with some highly useful tips to embrace your next change with a fresh & new pair of glasses. Prepare to see change in a different new light!

Marine Nadjo is a change consultant for companies, managers and teams. Marine started her career in an R&D environment, so was repeatedly involved in company transformation plans. During this time, she developed a strong interest in change management and in leading her teams through new projects, challenges and ambitions. Nowadays, coach & change manager certified, Marine puts all her energy into co-constructing company change management through her consultancy work & by coaching directors, managers & teams.
