Early Informal Resolution
WIE Academy
November 12 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm CET
Join this webinar to explore how issues can be addressed informally, safely, and constructively before they move into formal processes or escalation. Leave with additional options, alongside grievance or complaint processes, by adding informal ways to intervene early.
Learn how to:
- Clarify when an issue may be addressed informally and when a formal route may be needed
- Explore practical early-intervention options such as informal conversations, facilitated dialogue, or structured resolution meetings
- Consider what helps create a clear and trusted way for concerns to be raised and addressed early
Register to watch the webinar 12th November. If you can’t make the timeslot, you can still register to watch on-demand. Attendees receive certificate of attendance post-event.
