Turn Setbacks into Stepping Stones – dealing with disappointment or ‘failure’

WIE Academy
Webinar
Thursday 26 Nov 2026, 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM CET
Online session

November 26 @ 3:00 pm 4:00 pm CET

Disappointment tells you something. Failure teaches you something.

Setbacks are an inevitable part of growth as a leader. The difference lies in what you choose to do next.

Rather than allowing disappointment and failure to become self-judgement, that only serves to undermine your confidence.

A disappointing outcome is an event, not an identity.

This session explores how both can become powerful catalysts for learning, recalibration and growth. Be encouraged to shift your perspective from “What went wrong?” to “What can this teach me?” – using setbacks to build greater self-awareness, resilience and clarity about what to do next.

Because sometimes the greatest progress comes not from getting it right first time, but from having the courage to learn, adapt and keep moving forward.
