It’s a jungle out there. We are all experiencing uncertain times, rugged work landscape and change amplified by COVID. These times call for leaders to adopt different approaches and have the confidence to know what to keep doing and what to stop in order to move forward and flourish.

If your goal is to be a remarkable and respected leader, then this learning session full of fresh perspectives, behaviours and tips will help you create your own impressive and impactful leadership style. In this informal online workshop, Nicole will cover 5 Key Leadership Mindsets and Behaviours, including:

  1. Tear up your Job Description right now! – Why and what to do instead
  2. Get inspiration and ideas from Outside Your Industry
  3. Know your Super Skills and Kryptonite
  4. Recognise when to stick and when to quit
  5. The importance of Psychological Safety and Self-care

All have been pressure tested in chaotic luxury hotel openings, rebuilding and returning to operation after category 5 hurricane and pandemic conditions. This top pick comes curtesy of Nicole Antonio-Gadsdon and follow-worthy leaders Nicole has seen in action and some she has practiced also in 23 years as HR leader.

About Nicole

An HR Rule Breaker who thinks like a Marketer, Nicole founded Banana Pepper HR for visionary luxury hospitality leaders tired of the status quo and who are ready to build a bold brand with people at the heart of the operation.

Nicole has built her niche expertise over 20 years as an in-house HR Director as well as leading her own independent consulting business. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK (MCIPD). Nicole specialises in international luxury hospitality brands and private properties on the People aspect of brand launches, openings, restructuring, business growth and developing COVID-19 business bounce-back action plans.

She has worked with brands and companies such as Campbell Gray Hotels, Rosewood, The Kor Group, and the The Rego Group. Her most recent assignment, Virgin Limited Edition, specifically, the reopening Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island post Hurricane Irma, rebooting the HR function and the launch of the private estates on Moskito Island in The BVI.

An experienced executive coach and mentor, Nicole works with individuals who believe it is possible to have success without sacrificing souls and creating cookie-cutter cultures and guides them in turning that belief into reality. Her anti cookie-cutter coaching style helps them to create their own impressive and impactful leadership style, power up their super skills and avoid deadly ‘Kryptonite’ behaviours.
