Navigating Difficult Conversations
WIE Academy
July 9 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
This session explores how to approach challenging conversations that are often avoided, but rarely optional. Artificial intelligence may support preparation, but it does not prepare people for the human reality of these conversations themselves. Join to gain a structured approach for preparing sensitive conversations in as little as five minutes.
Leave the session with:
- access the Dialogue Compass, a structured seven-step guide proven in practice
- knowledge of how to prepare and create the right conditions for challenging dialogue
- knowledge of how to strengthen your ability to walk towards difficult conversations
- practical prompts to address tension early, reduce defensiveness, and agree clear next steps
Register to watch the webinar this July. If you can’t make the timeslot, you can still register to watch on-demand. Attendees receive certificate of attendance post-event.
