We’re delighted to welcome Lenka Booker to the International Women in Exhibitions team, where she will play a key role in supporting and evolving our marketing and communications activity.

Lenka brings a wealth of experience to the network. As Strategy & Transformation Director at Air Business, she leads its Global Event Logistics division, combining strategic oversight with hands-on industry expertise. With more than 20 years’ experience spanning marketing, events management, and business transformation, she has developed a strong track record of driving growth, building brand presence, and delivering impactful initiatives across international markets.

In her role with International Women in Exhibitions, Lenka will contribute her strategic insight and industry perspective to help strengthen our voice, enhance our visibility, and further position the network as a leading platform for connection and collaboration.

She is particularly passionate about championing the progression of women within the exhibitions industry, and we are excited about the perspective and energy she brings as we continue to grow our global community.
