The 2nd official meeting of the WIE Chapter in North America took place. The mission of our networking group is to empower women in the industry whilst helping to nurture the next generation of female leaders now also active in North America.

“Although 2020 was a challenging year for most of us in the event business, we have been blessed with the silver lining of time. Time to connect with people and join together to support each other. In that spirit, a group of us formed the North American Chapter of the International Women in Exhibitions Network, said Martha Donato, President of MAD Event Management in New York and founding member of WIE. “We were already meeting informally and decided that we wanted to make it official.
